-All of our products are self-burnt on DVDs unless otherwise stated. We make sure that our products are working well before we send them out.
-We will resend our products if you find any fault in it. There will be no refund.
-Our video products come in various formats (avi, divx, vcd, dvd).
-AVI videos work on ALL computers but may not work on all DVD players. Their picture and sound quality are reasonable (Not for the hearing impaired). There will not be any subtitles unless stated otherwise.

Payment and Collection
-Transfer of small files via MSN is preferred
-Only accept payment via DBS ATM Transfer and iBanking.
-All postouts are done on Saturdays so please make payment by Friday night.
-$1 for normal postage. Strictly no meetup. No registered mail either.
-We will not responsible if the mail gets lost. This however, happens rarely.
